Step inside and be welcomed with the stunning wall of windows in the main level areas of this beautiful lake access home. The plush and cozy furnishings throughout the home increase the sense of comfort and welcoming feel the home offers. The spacious kitchen is perfect for the experienced or inspiring chef and is ready for entertaining and cooking your favorite meals. The wrap deck is the best place to enjoy any meal, home-cooked or ordered out, or just relax in the summer sun. Gather in the main level living room in front of the stunning stone fireplace for a little extra warmth of those chilly rainy or snowy days or head to the upper level loft for a game of pool to pass the time. With 6 bedrooms, there is plenty of room to enjoy some peace and quiet or come together in the various common spaces to spend some quality time with friends and family. Located in the popular Waterfront Greens community, you are never far from a vast majority of activities in and out of the neighborhood. Enjoy an afternoon stroll through the quiet roads, plan a game of tennis, mini golf, or actual golf on the provided courses (equipment no included), or head down to the lake access areas to kayak or swim. Venture out of the community and partake in all the activities the area has to offer; go-karts, skiing, high ropes courses, the state park, fantastic restaurants, the village movie theater, and so much more! This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

The place was nice and had a great scenery. However, we had no air after the first night there. However, we got there in the evening. They did send someone out twice to assist with the air but even after it was confirmed to be working fine, it was too hot to keep the windows and doors closed. Outside of that, it was a nice stay. The pool access isn’t as close as we thought, it’s about 18min away, but was a nice area.

House is in a very nice area. Near the 9 hold golf course, tennis course, miniature golf, throw back fishing pond. Perfect for families with small children, as it is located away from main road and not near the water. Great yard for kids to play ball, etc.

Our stay was very enjoyable and we experienced little trouble during our stay. The bunk bed room was smaller than we realized, so I would recommend double checking its dimensions to future guests concerned with that sort of thing. Even with our misunderstanding, it turned out just fine. The only trouble we encountered was difficulty latching one of the sliding doors (we reported this as part of this review) and a "replace filter" warning on the hot tub that was addressed the following day after a call to Railey maintenance. I would recommend this property to others.
