Easily set off for a day on the water with friends and family from the home’s private boat slip (you can bring your own vehicle, rent one, or rent kayaks and paddleboards from the nearby boat rental businesses!). Inside the open-concept home, you and your guests will be dazzled by the lush country decor, gorgeous high ceilings, long lake-facing windows, and all the amenities you need for a fun and comfortable stay. After an exhilarating day on the lake or slopes, enjoy a refreshing beverage on the patio, rock back and forth on the wooden outdoor swing, or relax into the hot tub on the lower level and watch the sun go down over the lake. On Marsh Hill Road, you’re also within a 5-minute’s drive of the top restaurants, shops, bars, minigolf, go-karts, and other family-friendly activities in the heart of DCL, and within 20 minutes of Swallow Falls State Park, Deep Creek Lake State Park, ASCI Whitewater Rafting, and more outdoor adventure spots. This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Happy stay on the lake!

We had a wonderful time by the lake at this house. The layout was perfect for our group. One couple was upstairs, one on the main floor , and the two teenage kids were downstairs and liked having their own area. The house has lots of windows so it’s bright, which is nice. Even though we had some rainy days, it never felt dark or gloomy. The walk to the lake is very easy and the lake is closer to the house than we thought it would be. The deck is very spacious as well! The bathrooms are huge and well-done. The kitchen is also a nice size. It’s easy to get to the local grocery store and the local coffee shop. I think we might have been the first renters in this home and we hope that they have many more happy renters to come!
