Nice Stay

Great place off the beaten path, but very short drive into town. Worked very well for my dog with the fenced in front yard. All things needed for a weekend stay plus some. Clean for being in the woods other than some dust in the corners of the carpet. Good locks on the ext. doors as well. Would stay here again. Suggestions: -Even though the windows are high up, curtains would be a nice touch just for added comfort -The ac units are very musty in the back bedroom and utility room. Not sure how well the bedroom ac is working because our sheets were extremely damp from the humidity the unit wasn’t cycling out. We shut it off so it wasn’t just blowing outside humid air when the compressor wasn’t running as well, but was still damp in that room. - Bug lamp on porch wasn’t working when plugged in. That’s all. Nice stay otherwise. Thank you!

It was a fine house very large. Could use some heavy updates. Railey’s staff was super friendly and right on top of everything we needed.

The outside of the house needs some clean up. The inside of the house is very nice, but water pressure in the house is very low. Difficult taking showers. The upstairs shower did not work at all. Needs to be fixed. Railey Vacations (Leigh Miller) was always very prompt in getting back to me regarding issues we had.

Promises to Keep offers a lovely family retreat close to Wisp, grocery stores, a downtown area with shops, and hiking trails with waterfalls. We highly recommend staying here! It is well stocked with everything a family needs.

Comfy in a homey way, warm, with lots of room for everyone, including dogs. Beautiful setting, quiet, secluded. I’m sure it’s nice in the summer time, too.

We enjoyed our trip to Deep Creek so much and our stay at Promises to Keep was great! Our dogs loved playing in the fenced in yard. We spotted deer from the kitchen window in the mornings while drinking coffee! We all felt right at home and enjoyed relaxing and playing board games in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for some seclusion and we plan on visiting again soon.

the house has a great presentation and it is a great location but it needs some improvement, they came and look at the hot tub/pool twice and could not make it warm enough

Great place to take a dog. Totally fenced in yard. Quiet wooded area with a lot of wildlife around. Would like to see a fire pit to enjoy the quiet evenings. Everything was in working order but some general updates would really add to the greatness of this home. We would definitely stay here again!

Checking in at the property was very simple and hassle free. Upon arrival, there was an “amenities” bag and information on what to do in the Deep Creek area...very helpful. We encountered 2 very very minor maintenance issues and property maintenance was there to correct the same day...I was very impressed by that. The home was very clean. This is our first stay in the Deep Creek area and we would definitely use Railey Vacations and this home again in the future.
