    Any property that has a specific, dedicated place to access the water for swimming or a boat dock (if applicable). The property owner does not own the access area. You may be able to walk to the water or you may need to drive to the area, depending on the particular property. Most Lake Access areas are designated by the community or HOA.

    Ski Area homes and units are in the direct vicinity of Wisp Resort. Ski Area homes may require you to drive a very short distance and/or cross a road by foot. Some homes under Lake Front, Lake Access or Lake Area may also be considered a Ski Area property.

DESCRIPTION:

Get ready for an ideal getaway! Deep Creek Village #07 is a show-stopper every month of the year! In summer, spend your days exploring the lake by kayak, boat, stand up paddle board or canoe- all available for rent at the many nearby marinas and rental facilities. Come fall, grill out on the home’s back deck, taking in the autumn foliage and crisp mountain breeze. When the snow starts to fall, grab the crew for a day of fun at Wisp Resort for skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, or ice skating. The resort is just a short walk away!  Then, round the year out with spring-time hiking, biking, and picnicking at our state parks and forests! Then, after a long day of incredible adventure, come home to Deep Creek Village #07, to experience the home’s calming ambiance, complete with stone fireplace and sunny kitchen.

Approximately 350 yards to Wisp Lodge Ticket Window and access to all slopes. 

Lake access located directly behind townhomes. No dock use available.

 

COMMUNITY/AREA DETAILS:

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

This was a fantastic rental experience. Upon arrival the home was exceptionally clean! The location was great, the easy walk to wisp and the water access made the location. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning with the Mountain View.

Wonderful location! Right across the street from Wisp. We brought our dogs and since it was the off-season, we could walk and play with them on the Wisp grounds. Also right down the street from wonderful bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is well kept and the location can't be beat for skiing Wisp which is right across the street. Had it not been so cold, we would have walked to the mountain each day. Given the cold we drove but it was very easy to drive across the street, drop off in front of lodge and hit the slopes. We wish it had a wood-burning fireplace but that is the only thing we didn't love!
