Deep Creek Lake Vacation Rentals

We just stayed at Hartwood Haven and had a wonderful time!!! When we walked in I was so happy to see the house spotless and very up-to-date. Bedrooms were perfect for a family of 6, and the kitchen, which is important to a mom of 4, had more than enough to cook nice meals for my family. The distance from the house to the water is just a few steps, and then on the other side of the house, just across the street, restaurants and activities for the kids. All in all, a wonderful location, beautiful well kept home, close to everything, I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks to all who made our family vacation so enjoyable. 

We have been to Deep creek about 4 times now and have stayed in different geographic areas and different houses each time. Bucks Run was by far the best house we have had the pleasure of renting. It is secluded and quiet, it is beautifully constructed and the layout/ floor plan is very nice. The furnishings and beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. There was plenty of outdoor area for the dogs too.   The location of Bucks Run was perfect for us - it was located right next door to Swallow Falls and other trails.   Yes it is a bit of a drive to get food or supplies but only about 20 minutes.   I would definitely stay at this house

I wish it had more than five stars this home was exceptionally my family had the time of their life from the master bedroom to the bedroom in the game room to the pool table to the hot tub to the swing onto wrap around porch to all the wild animals that came to say good morning to us the deers the turkeys the pool table was a big hit the kitchen was equipped with everything that we would need the AC was great because it was hot the beds were so comfy so comfy the night air the peacefulness I cannot say enough whoever is reading this   book this home you won't be disappointed Mary from Penn hills PA approves this message

Stunning views, large home with plenty of room.  Lovely location close to everything.  Home was stocked with everything you need for your vacation.

It is a very peaceful area of  Deep Creek Lake. House was well appointed.   It is a very minimal walk to the boat dock, we rented a boat for two of the four days that we were there.  This house was perfect with room to spare for three adult couples and one 12 year old who loved the loft in the TV room.  And, everyone had their own bath!  We were worried about the cooler temps (some of us came from AZ), but it turned out to be perfectly refreshing and an added bonus was that the lake temp. was also very comfortable.  Every morning we saw deer with baby fawn right in the back yard.  Would definitely consider renting Out of Office again in

Was the perfect house for our family ranging in age from 4 to 75.  We had so much to do at the house/community  that we barely left.  The lake has a shallow area at the shoreline there so my 4 year old could wade out and have fun splashing around.   The pictures really don't do it justice, it felt much bigger in person than it seemed in the pictures.   Pool and hot tub were serviced every day that we were there which I appreciate.  Every email I have sent to Railey in the last 3 years of renting with them has been responded to within a few hrs.
