Fly Fishing

Great fly fishing is available within 5-45 minutes of Deep Creek Lake, Wisp's Orvis Endorsed guides will take you on one of the 5 quality rivers & streams in the area (Yough, Casselman, North Branch of the Potomac, Savage River and Bear Creek). All guided fly fishing trip include Orvis rental equipment if needed or you can bring your own. Trips are based upon your experience level and current stream conditions. Wisp's guides specialize in all levels of fly fishing from the first time angler to the most experienced angler. We offer both 1/2 and full day wade trips and full day float trips on the North Branch of the Potomac. All full day trips include a streamside boxed lunch. Trips are all catch and release.
